Customer service is lacking in my opinion. They could not locate my FFL information so we had to send it twice. Took them over 2 weeks to ship it out and when the box arrived the 100 year old rifle was wrapped with one thin layer of bubble wrap and tossed in a large box. I could literally shake it up and down in the box and feel the rifle moving 6" inside. Luckily it was not damaged, which was a surprise.

Great customer service and follow up when contacted. Item was very well packaged. Only nit is it was rather slow to ship. Certainly I will buy from Gunslinger auctions again. Thanks!

I really shouldn't complain about the fees onter than shipping but they are very high but advertised that way.

NO INFO WAS SENT WITH THIS GUN!!!! MY FFL HAD TO MAKE 2 PHONE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHAT THE GUN WAS AND WHO ITS FOR AND FROM!!!!!! THEIR FFL WAS NOT INCLUDED!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A GUN DEALER!!! And as always, internet premium wayyyyy too high.

Firearem conditiion descriptions could be significanly improved. The firearm purchased was very old and had been referbrished. Shipping costs were exceptionally high.

Rifle won at auction was a pre 1898 antique. Seller recognized this fact, but would not ship it to me. He insisted on shipping to FFL. This was an unnecessary inconvenience and expense.

This gun was supposed to be $115.00 that was my high bid and even sent a message that it jumped to $140 and was not my bid yet I still ended up paying for the Dang thing.

Seller is great. Internet fees are high. My problem was with the online bidding. I tried to bid on several items and pressed the bid button as quickly as possible only to get a message that the item had sold!!! I have very fast internet 300 Mbps so I don't know where the problem with lag is. I guess I will have to go to live auction in future.

The description stated that this was a Winchester Model 1902 in good condition. It should have said that this is a Winchester barrel bubba'd onto an unknown stock that doesn't fit right! The stock that came with this "gun" is not a Winchester stock. This is a parts gun or gunsmith "special"- not a gun in "good" condition!

Totally screwed me on shipping, I called and questioned the $150 charge when the auction stated $90, requested one box, items were shipped in two boxes and the only reason is to try to justify the high shipping which was still higher that the actual shipping cost. The two boxes could have been taped together and still been under size and cheaper. Once my card was charged it was tough luck.

Extremely POOR experience with this seller. Had to email multiple times before responding. Asked them to NOT use FedEX, please ship UPS or USPS. They used FedEX. NEVER sent a tracking number. Numerous emails not answered. Highly dissatisfied with their lack of communication and slow shipping.

I was double charged for sales tax, the first time. The Proxibid representatives did not understand, or want to, the problem. I settled with the auction house and paid them the correct amount. Proxibid still charged me anyway, and I have sent the issue to my credit card company as a dispute. Proxibid still seems unwilling/unable to understand what they did.

I participated in the online auction on Sunday 5/1 and won the lot that I was bidding on. Spent $ 2500.00 supplied all required payment and required documentation the following day Monday 5/2 and 5 days later I have still received no confirmation as to the shipment of the item purchased. Very slow in completion the transaction process on their end. will never participate in one of their auction again.
