Item was mostly as described. Serial number wrong (not even close - took it from the wrong place on the gun). Terms and Condition said to estimate handgun shipping at $35 - actual cost was $55. Strangest packaging job I've ever seen - a box 4 times the size it needed to be - gun wrapped in brown paper - box filled with broken up Styrofoam obviously used to package electronics.

Seller did NOT send tracking information or notify when shipped. I emailed them over 2 weeks after paying, replied with tracking number. FedEx had a bad address so could not deliver, held package for 10 days, in 1 more day would have returned to shipper. Seller would not call FX to correct address even though they admitted their error. I had to call FedEx and have them send package to a drop near me so I could go get it. I asked for shipping refund, seller did not reply. Worst service ever.
I really feel like this items description was not correct . It stated the item was in GOOD CONDITION, however, that was not true. The frame was bent and had a crack in the dust shield on the front. My gunsmith was able to repair the bent frame and weld the dust shield for $65.00. That's an additional cost to me after already paying a high price for the frame. The shipping was also way to much. I purchase a lot of firearms on Proxibid and I've told a lot of my friends about using your auctions.
A week later, I am still awaiting shipping details. I’ve now sent two emails after being told to do so over the phone. I cannot validate my firearm, as I’m still waiting on it...
Shipping/handling fees exorbitant. Higher than anyone else have had to deal with.
475 bid increase to well over 700 after all the fees and shipping will not bid this company again
I will never deal with this auction house ever again. Horrible communication; does not respond to emails; does not respond to phone messages; and took over a month before they finally shipped. Incompetency on every level imaginable.

Shipping fees to high, $90 for 3 guns and 1/2 gun.
this rifle has been re-chambered !!! barrel is off center, scope mounting screws are way off center, at the side.it has a "very" long chamber, + .050 long. not even sure what barrel is on the rifle, you need to tell bidders these facts !!!!!
Several marks in stock....it doesn't look new as described. Terrible packaging.
I am highly disgusted with your description of this weapon and the damages and gouges in the metal! The gun was disgusting dirty too and the wear and tear on the weapon makes me believe this was a loaner range gun! I will never refer or buy another gun from your business!! Vince
Condition of the item was not as described: totally coated with a fine film of rust; took weeks before shipped; and just no communication and would not answer phone calls or emails. A totally incompetent staff.
My item was shipped to the wrong FFL TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY PAYMENT AND THE FFL. just super poor customer service they were paid in a timely manner and then after I called they still failed. My items were sent to the wrong FFL. I HAVE BE DEALING WITH THIS AUCTION HOUSE FOR OVER 15 years I'm done
