Item got shipped without an address.....and, I had to track it down to a nearby FedEx location as they would not deliver it to my home. Very poor delivery service with FedEx as a carrier.
Item arrived relatively quickly and was well packed. The auction description was not correct, although I could tell what it actually was. The pictures were only fair. However, great customer service, friendly folks.
Auctioneer needs to watch his mouth during a 'LIVE broadcast. It is very unprofessional to stop and argue with buyers in the audience and to say, "What the F--K is going on when you are live. Auction company needs to do better research on firearms they are selling. The gun I purchased was listed as a S&W model 19 and is actually a pre-model 27!!!

Very happy with the rifle overall. Sellers Internet sales fee of 20% is a bit excessive, on top of shipping and FFL transfer fees. A charge of 15% would be more in line with other auction services. Shipping charges of $65 seems high, especially I had another rifle shipped in from another auction the same week, similar miles away and that one only cost me $40. only
This rifle has a very noticeable crack in the butt stock behind the receiver tang, which you absolutely should have disclosed in your auction listing. This goes beyond buyer beware - things like cracks are something that sellers have a duty to disclose. Please take more time and be more careful when drafting future listings.
Originally advertized as a 44 mag. It turns out this was a 357. I guess I don't mind.
Took a long time for delivery
Listing photos need to be larger for more accurate viewing of items. Had the seller posted a view of the hammer held back, I would have seen that the firing pin is missing, I would not have bid on the firearm. However, I have contacted the seller and we've come to an understanding on this item.
