SMITH & WESSON MODEL 60 Lot 338
Internet fees topping 20% are ridiculous. I would bid on and buy many more guns with more reasonable fees. I always allow for the fees in my bidding consequently I do not win many guns at all.

not as described - this is not a webley but a knock off - expensive lesson for me, but will never buy from this seller again.
Item was rated as ‘Very Good’ condition. Description failed to mention damage to the forearm which, consists of a piece that broke off and was glued back on. Photos do not depict the damage. Not happy. Condition misrepresented.

Great service.
Very high in fees
Very disappointed by the shipping; the rifle was put in a plain cardboard box with no padding or wrapping; not even minimal bubble wrap, air cushions or foam. Not happy with the apparent lack of care. Bolt came in bubble wrap, thankfully.
Hammer price was great, shipping price was insanely high. I was charged tax while I am a buyer in a tax exempt state. Other than that I'm happy with my purchases.
Excessive shipping and add on fees means I will never again bid their auctions.
Item was well packed...it should be for $90 shipping.
Comment about shipping taking to long referes to the wrong address assigned to the first package. With some communication with the auction house they were able to get the package shipped correctly. This is reflected in the five star rating for customer service. Thanks for all you help.
Item got shipped without an address.....and, I had to track it down to a nearby FedEx location as they would not deliver it to my home. Very poor delivery service with FedEx as a carrier.
Item arrived relatively quickly and was well packed. The auction description was not correct, although I could tell what it actually was. The pictures were only fair. However, great customer service, friendly folks.
Auctioneer needs to watch his mouth during a 'LIVE broadcast. It is very unprofessional to stop and argue with buyers in the audience and to say, "What the F--K is going on when you are live. Auction company needs to do better research on firearms they are selling. The gun I purchased was listed as a S&W model 19 and is actually a pre-model 27!!!
