Auction house is a total RIP OFF. i was told that now I have not won the auction for $700.00. My credit card has been charged. The estimate for this item was between 1000.00 and 1250.00 dollars. I had a few questions and the Seller was very rude and didn't have time to listen to me (he had over 600 people to attend) I have been emailing gunslinger at [email protected] and no response.
A TOTAL F!! Once the funds were transferred from my credit card I never heard a word back. I even called and left a message, all I wanted was a shipper and tracking number. I will never bid or purchase another gun on line from GUNSLINGERS.

I called to pick it up before it was shipped. So I just went in and waited about 10mins before I got help.then I asked to see the gun but was told it was to hard to find.i wanted to see what I bought, but only could do paperwork.they could talk all day standing there but not show me.that was B.S. I asked about all the fees also and was told that's the way it is. I will Never use this place again after I pick up my gun. Don't know if it was just the guy helping me but Very bad customer service!!!
Seller had poor communication skills which resulted in late shipping. Seller advertised shipping between $40 to $45, but charged $50. I probably will not do repeat business. Do not plan to recommend to friends.

Today is January 28, 2014, and I have still not received the item I purchased/won. I sent an e-mail asking for the name of the shipper and tracking number, and received no response. I find this totally unacceptable. I would have paid $20-$30 more to have the item shipped by UPS, who I deal with quite regularly.
Charging $400 shipping , even considering the cost of the case, is not right. A refund should be $100.
DECEPTIVE DESCRIPTION. "Wood in better than normal condition" = cracked. "Has cleaning rod" = for some other gun. "Action is good" = extremely loose. "Bore is good" = rust on outside of barrel, inside full of cosmo so can't inspect. Completely unresponsive to contact attempts. Slow and expensive shipping. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!
Poor communication. Paid in full with 24 hours of action ending. Took over a month to receive. They had all the information to ship sat on it for weeks.
Had to send/email/fax the FFL six times before they concurred on recieving it which delay in the shippment of item almost a month.
Have not received the lot number 277 at this time. Will not purchase from Gunslinger Auction in the future.
Send two email requesting payment option for overseas buyer, no responce after 2 weeks.
Still haven't received info on sending FFL. Charges were outrageous. Paid 210.00 at auction 343.00 invoiced. %0.00 Shipping for 1 pistol is worse than I have ever been charged. 21% fee was bad enough but adding all other charges was rediculous. Charged CA sales tax I live in Arkansas. I will never bid on another one of their auctions
Seller's terms say that returns are allowed if there is a misrepresentation, but seller made threats when I tried to return the item due to it being misrepresented.
