Customer service is terrible. They do not reply to emails and barely reply to phone calls (had to call 5 times). They give you an attitude every time you ask something. Shipping fee is just OUTREAGOUS. Cost me the double of the gun to ship the item. It's not in their description during the auction. This company are crooks, not reasonable and honestly, I am highly disappointed.
Seven days after full charges were made on my card....nothing, no communication....absolutely nothing
Although I know this was an auction I had no intention of winning or paying the OUTRAGEOUS PRICE.. I was taken be VERY CAREFUL when online bidding..
Item description was stated to be chambered in 8x56R. Have found that the rifle is instead chambered in the older 8x50R. Only issue with that is finding ammunition for it.
Upon receiving the item, it was obvious that the seller had not described it properly. I immediately called the seller, to no avail. I was told that the auction was "as-is" and that the consigner had already been paid. I find that difficult to believe, because auction houses routinely wait for the dust to settle before paying consigners. I would never do business with this house again.
This is how a $700 rifle ends up becoming $990 25% buyers fee, a hundred dollars to ship it and I haven't got any idea when it will ship just that they git my C&R
stock arrived broken.
I won't be bidding here again. I ship stocks all over the US and pay half of what I was charged by this company. Buyer beware.
No response to my email. Horribly incomplete description. Problems: loose action, replacement forearm., amateur repair to lower barrel rib, amateur fit of recoil pad, bores pitted, etc. Should have been rated "Poor". I'm a member of the Fox Collector's Assoc, LC Smith Collector's Assoc, Parker Collector's Assoc, and a regular on most shotgun forums on the internet. Rest assured that I will tell my story over and over to warn others of Gunslinger Auctions.
Shipping cost was completely out of line.
I called 3 times, also sent 3 emails. Fourth call prompted a reply of 'how busy' they were, need 10 people only have 3... First world problem. I would be ok if 1. there weren't exorbitant shipping charges of $90, and 2. had i received an email reply something like 'we're swamped, but rest assured we're on it'. I haven't seen the item, so I don't know well represented the quality is in their description. I'm rarely critical in reviews, but service today is everything. Theirs lacks....
Description says “very good condition “ and would benefit from a good cleaning. This description does not begin to describe the awful condition and rust present on the firearm. Customer service even worse. FedEx could not find the package for 4 days, when I called for help “there is nothing we can do” was the response. I will no longer bid on items from gunslingers

The item I got was supposed to have a good bore... Was very pitted. Listing said stock and dust cover replacement. In fact it was a parts gun... It is old and I can, to the right person get my money back but not quite what was described .. lesson learned the expensive way
have not had response to inquiry. No acknowledgement of sent FFL. Don't know where the gun is.

Seller never responded to any of my messages about this gun, I called and the employee said he was busy. No time for questions. Poor customer support/interaction/service.
As of 11:03pm Sunday, 2-5-17 I have not had any indication whether or not shipment has been made. No review as yet. The last Proxbid auction company shipped via ups and I received automatic updates. Please email or call my cell phone, 785-230-4366 as to the status of my purchase.
