Communication with Gunslinger was good. I liked that no matter who picked up the phone they could assist and track the progress on the transfer. I was pleased in that I felt the rifle was in a little nicer condition that the rating and pictures showed. I will share however, that its obvious some trigger work has been done, and breaks at less than a pound. I love it, but a person may have bought this gun planning on using it for a hunting rifle where a 1 pound trigger pull could be dangerous.

Initial communications with the seller were great, I received my invoice in a timely manor and was told where to send my FFL's information, payments were automatically deducted from my credit card as per arrangement. Then there was no follow up on shipping? I called about tracking after an appropriate amount of time and was informed they had just been too busy but gave me the tracking number and the item was actually delivered a few hours later to my FFL. In the end all went smoothly.

This was my first experience with Proxibid and it was a good one. I will certainly buy again if I find something I want bad enough. My only comment of a negative nature would be that the internet premium is a little bit high and certainly drives up the price on the more expensive items. Nice transaction and everything went smoothly. This was my first online bidding attempt. I must say that I have issue with 19% and higher internet bidding fees. I knew the fee prior to the auction so had the option of not participating. Still, the fees seem high to me although I realize that all of the auction houses do it. I'm not in the business so do not know where the money goes. Your customer service was very helpful when I called about the auction.
