Non-paying bidders will forfeit their items, be reported to the bidding platforms, and may be banned from future auctions.
California residents may only purchase firearms that comply with state law. Non-compliant firearms must be shipped out of state to an FFL in a compliant jurisdiction. If you purchase an item which you cannot legally obtain, it will not be released to you. We will hang on to it and sell it for you in our next auction.

Yes. For firearms that cannot be transferred in California, we can ship to a cooperating out-of-state FFL of your choice.
Yes. Sworn law enforcement officers with proper credentials may purchase off-roster handguns, provided all legal requirements are met.
All purchases must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of the auction. Items not claimed may be forfeited.
If your background check (DROS) is denied, you will forfeit the firearm and all associated payments, including buyer’s premium. The firearm will be sold on your behalf at our next auction.
Yes. Black powder, percussion, and most muzzleloaders are not considered modern firearms under federal law, and generally do not require DROS. Please read item descriptions carefully.
